What the specialist will work on
Support and maintenance of the UKRI website and UKRI partner websites. Building and configuring new services within the UKRI cloud environment
WORK SETUP
Address where the work will take place
Polaris House, North Star Avenue, Swindon in line with current government guidance in response to COVID-19
Working arrangements
Offsite working with remote access. Main support hours between 09:00 to 17:00 weekdays with a facility to resolve emergency issues out of normal working hours. 4 working days per week
Security clearance

EXPERIENCE
Essential skills and experience
  • Detail your skills and experience of the Mura Content Management System (version 6.2 onwards)
  • Detail your experience in the use of ColdFusion and Lucee
  • Demonstrate your experience of building and configuring applications on Amazon Web Services
  • Demonstrate your experience of the WordPress Content Management System
  • Demonstrate your experience in Elastic Search, including management, configuration and development
  • Detail you experience in the use of Jenkins (or equivalent tools for Continuous Integration)
  • Demonstrate your experience in web design technologies including CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, Bootstrap and Angular
  • Detail your experience in good development and deployment practices, and working with source control repositories especially Git, GitHub and Git submodules
  • Demonstrate your experience of Microsoft SQL Server (or equivalent)
  • Detail your skills and experience of managing conflicting and competing priorities and delivering results within set timeframes
Nice-to-have skills and experience
  • Detail your experience of MySQL or MariaDB
  • Detail your experience in PHP
