Deliverables: 1. Define and deliver a continuous improvement roadmap 2. Work with stakeholders to identify initiatives, define requirements, prioritise, test and deliver outcomes 3. Provide first-line support for all CRM enquiries 4. Support Director of Communications by liaising with suppliers to facilitate achieving business outcomes 5. Provide training to all CRM users 6. Provide documentation on configuration, changes, security permissions etc 7. Identify opportunities for reducing administrative overheads 8. Review the existing licensing structure and identify opportunities for cost savings 9.
