Summary of the work
IT Developer sought to develop APIs to integrate CRM systems and other databases and to build compatible webpages/apps and user friendly front-ends. Experience working with Salesforce, Dynamics and other leading CRMs/databases.The developer will be working on a cross-Government project,working to achieve X-Government IT coordination for a project ending March 2020.

Who the specialist will work with
A short-term Project Team consisting of a Project Manager, two Business Analysts and a Data Scientist. The developer will work with the team to develop and program computer products.
What the specialist will work on
The specialist will be expected to deliver technical expertise: - Creating APIs to connect disparate databases and CRM systems - Enhancing user experience of CRM systems and databases (Salesforce, Dynamics and others) - Increasing data inputting and retrieving tools on the CRM systems and databases. - Creating a new IT front-end to a CRM system. - Building relevant IT products when required for the project team - Ad-hoc duties

Normal in-office team working. The individual will be expected to attend any meetings as standard.

EXPERIENCE
Essential skills and experience
  • Be able to understand business requirements and translate and action to a IT technological output
  • Computer programming expert able to programme in multiple languages
  • Broad understanding of CRM systems
Nice-to-have skills and experience
  • Exposure to HTML, JAVA, Raw Data, C++, Python and/or PHP desirable
  • Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Salesforce experience helpful
  • Understanding of effective data visualisation
  • Government experience advantageous
