Who the specialist will work with
The exisiting team is formed from a range of internal and external colleagues supporting delivery of Digital Assisited Services.
What the specialist will work on
As a Product Manager, you will manage the ongoing development of a product within one of our many crucial services. You will be responsible for strategic and tactical product decisions and will be an expert at grounding those decisions in user needs and business goals to frame problems and set priorities for the delivery team. You will also be actively involved in developing the product strategy, managing the product roadmap and communicating product success to interested and impacted stakeholders.
WORK SETUP
Address where the work will take place
DWP Longbenton, Newcastle Upon Tyne a minimum of 2 days per week under a hybrid working arrangement. The specialist is required on a full time basis.

Essential skills and experience
  • Experience of leading multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver products through various stages of the product lifecycle
  • Experience of working iteratively, prioritising the most valuable features first based on user needs and business needs
  • Experience of communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders
Nice-to-have skills and experience
  • Familiar with the Service Standard, and how it's applied within Government
