EXPERIENCE
Essential skills and experience
- Good knowledge of using MS suite essential (.e.g PowerPoint, excel, word, Teams etc.)
- Understanding of accessibility standards and experience in crafting accessible content
- Ability to work independently and take ownership for deliverables
- Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD module preferred
- Communication and presentation skills
- Support the creation of content across digital and non-digital channels to meet user needs and business objectives. Help to create clear, joined-up user journeys
- Help to monitor and improve content based on user research and data
- Use the style guide and other standards, along with your exemplary spelling and grammar, to create high quality content
- Take part in user research and be aware of multidisciplinary content-production practices
- Build relationships and work closely with policy, legal and other expert colleagues to make sure content is accurate and consistent
- Promote user-centred content design within the department and beyond
Nice-to-have skills and experience
- Demonstrate experience of working in a large scale organisation and/or Government or Public Sector
- Digital Workplace experience
