EXPERIENCE
Essential skills and experience
- Experience in managing a Digital Delivery
- Risk Management: Issues and Dependencies
- Stakeholder Management, Communication, presentation and faciliation, able to run key Agile Ceremonies such as stand-up retrospectives
- Demonstrate experience of working in a large scale organisation and/or Government or Public Sector installation of Service Now
- Providing support and guidance to members of the delivery teams and acting as a point of escalation for issues impacting delivery
- Experience of stakeholder engagment, managing stakeholder expectation, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with progress, risks and issues
- Ability to plan sprints and undertake Milestone Planning
- Remove blockers from the Agile sprints to allow the squads to complete stories assigned or escalate where appropriate
Nice-to-have skills and experience
- Knowledge of Service Now and or delivery of Digital integration requirements
