|Working with the Senior Manager (Digital-Transformation) and Digital Portfolio Manager, to lead a multidisciplinary-agile-team to guide ideas to fruition. Work with staff/contractors/suppliers to maintain a multi-skilled team that offers value-for-money.
Challenge staff’s perceptions of requirements to champion the user, improve business efficiency and encourage the understanding and creation of user first, mobile first digital functionality
Work with the Product Owner and Product Manager.to regularly update the product backlog and keep the team focused on delivering the minimum viable product.
Translate functional requirements and user needs into clear and accurate user stories with acceptance criteria that can be used to develop and test against.
Work with Product Owners/Managers in all aspects of the development cycle, specifically scope, implementation strategy, creative and technical development, user testing and deployment.
Support the Senior Manager for Digital Transformation in promoting the use of The Local Government Digital Service Standard both at City Hall and across London’s government more broadly.
Comfortable working in a high pressure environment and managing conflicting priorities.
