What the specialist will work on |
The University of Plymouth is seeking a supplier to work with us on a three-year project to enhance the University website. The University has some in-house development expertise and is looking to supplement that with external resource from a partner. Our requirement is to establish an Agile development team for successive two-week sprints with developers experienced in Ruby on Rails. This team will supplement the University development staff to enable an increase in velocity for this fast-paced project. It is essential that suppliers have the capacity to mobilize for the commence the project on Monday 10 January 2022. |

Working arrangements |
We anticipate the level of resourcing required to average at 2-3 developers for the duration of the project. Team size could either be constant for the full duration of the project, or scaled to increase capacity over a period of time. There is a preference for sprints to be conducted on site in Plymouth, but we are open to supporting remote working. |
