Online Tests and Assessments team (currently part of the Porosity Delivery Unit, but there is word we will be transferring to Government Business Services in the future). The team is made up of a Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Service Owner, QA and some administrative support and psychometricians. |

Produce a research plan detailing the strategy and methodologies Schedule and undertake research activities with volunteer participants.Analyse research activities and produce reports summarising insights and recommended actions supported by the research evidence. |
