Essential skills and experience
- Implementing common Corporate CRM and Case Management platforms using components of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform; including Dynamics 365, Customer Service, Portals, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents
- Implementing orchestration to support the development of micro-services
- Experience of helping customers manage siloed data across multiple systems to build analytics, insight and AI capabilities
- Experience of migrating key siloed data to shared platforms in the most cost-effective manner
Nice-to-have skills and experience
- Other Microsoft applications and infrastructure including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure
- Experience of identifying key features from Microsoft releases which could be of benefit to the organisation
