The supplier will be working with an integrated supplier/client team consisting of UKICB Officers, contract staff and supplier contractors
What the specialist will work on
The specialist will be working on ICCM, a new case management tool for the UKICB.
WORK SETUP
Address where the work will take place
Mostly remote. Occasional trip to UKICB in Warrington
Working arrangements
Collaborative working within an agile delivery team consisting of business client, suppliers and key Agency stakeholdersMostly remote. Occasional trip to UKICB in Warrington
Security clearance
SC as minimum but NCA enhance will be required. The individual Can start with basic SC whilst SC Enhanced is applied for which will be sponsored by the NCA.

Additional terms and conditions
Additional terms will be sent to shortlisted suppliers including Security and FOIA terms as NCA is not subject to FOI requests. Shortlisted suppliers will be required to utilise Bravo after shortlisting. Evaluation will be on a scale of 0 to 5: with a minimum score of 3 to pass essential skills.Score Description 0 poor standard, no confidence 1 little confidence 2 clear strengths but giving some concern 3 degree of weakness outweighed by strengths 4 strengths clearly outweigh any minor weakness 5 Robust and fully comprehensive proposal

  • Evidence of test creation. For example: § System Test scripts Jira/Zephyr; § Automated Test Scripts in Cucumber/Playwright § User acceptance scripts
  • Evidence of test execution. For example: § Execution of system test scripts in Jira/Zephyr § Successful run of automated test script § Documented results of user acceptance testing
  • Evidence of working on large scale IT projects
  • Evidence of working on scrum agile projects
  • Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-have skills and experience
  • Good report writing skills
  • Extensive knowledge MS Office tools, Word, Visio etc
