- Have expertise in creating and developing databases with experience of using Filemaker software
- Ability to understand commercial systems and processes quickly and incorporate them into the project
- Comprehensive and recent experience designing and implementing service management platforms in large or similar government departments or other organisations
- Evidence of delivering at pace
- Be able to operate with autonomy, taking responsibility for their work
Nice-to-have skills and experience
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues with low technical experience
- Ability to be flexible when undertaking tasks, adapting to changing needs and overcoming issues
- Experience working in Central Government departments
