- Able to collaborate with user researchers, designers and multi-disciplinary teams to co-design services provided by the team and for users
- Able to help teams to manage and visualise outcomes related to project work and prioritise work to provide the best value for users
- Has experience of managing or leading people within a team, ensuring work quality, guiding and mentoring regarding best practice
- Advocates for the needs of users by educating and influencing persuasively when communicating with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Demonstrate experience of working in a large scale organisation and/or Government or Public Sector
