What the specialist will work on
To manage the implementation of digital equipment within Social Care settings. Equipment may include hardware such as laptops, mobile devices, suitable networks as well as specialist digital care equipment such as Falls Technology.Complete end to end co-ordination of multiple projects (at least 20 individual care providers), delivering to time and budget.Working with the team to evaluate project requirements and outcomes. Liaison with relevant ICS (Integrated Care System), SAICP (Suffolk Association of Independent Care Providers), CDE (Care Development East)Identify and manage additional stakeholder engagements where relevant to the programme.

The role is Hybrid and most work can take place remotelyAt times, visits Care Provider sites within Suffolk may be required

This can be decided by the specialist however there is an expectation that it is an full time position.
