 1. Leading and coaching methods of participative organisational structure and design2. 1:1 change and agile coaching for senior leaders and IT teams3. Organisational change problem solving consultancy
WORK SETUP
Address where the work will take place
 remotely, but possible travel to Newham and Havering required
Working arrangements
 predominantly remotely, in team meetings and 1:1.After lock-down potentially a requirement for site meetings for specific one off events (e.g. workshops)No expenses offered.

Essential skills and experience
  • Have significant participative organisational design skills
  • Have significant experience in designing inclusive campaigns
  • Have significant experience in IT organisational design
  • Have organisational change management skills
  • Have extensive leadership coaching skills
  • Have problem solving skills
  • Have track record and experience in working with Local Government organisations in designing IT structures and operating models
  • Have certified qualifications in problem solving
  • Have certified qualifications in psychology of the mind and behaviour (e.g. NLP or equivalent)
