What the specialist will work on
The Digital Data and Technology (DDaT) resourcing project will look at DDaT as a profession. We need a Business Analyst to help us to look at the recruitment and resourcing and ensure we have covered all areas and have covered in our scope everything that is needed to ensure DDaT is recognised as a profession in the future and has clear guidelines on what to recruit to. Existing processes would need to be reviewed and a smoother candidate application process implemented including better attraction strategies.
