Live Phase:
The live phase of the agile project is about supporting the service in a sustainable way, continuing to iterate and make improvements.
In the live phase, we needed to work out how to run our service sustainably. We also made improvements based on user research, testing with browsers and devices and testing for WCAG and quality assurance.
In the live phase of our project we also thought about:
solving a whole problem for users
providing a joined up experience across channels
retiring our service
We may need to retire our service if we find out users don't need it anymore, or if it is no longer cost effective to run.
